WARRANTY

SLP will be wholly responsible for the truck alteration and for certification of all systems affected by the truck alteration, in accordance with applicable Federal and State Regulations. Every new SLP Supercharged Sport Truck Packageis covered by our standard 5-year/100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty or the balance of the factory warranty (whichever occurs first). Also, all other truck components installed and systems affected by their installation are covered for 3-years/36,000 miles.  Warranty claims must be administered by an authorized GM dealership. The General Motors Warranty continues to apply to all parts and systems not affected by the truck alteration, but does not apply to the truckalteration by SLP. Furthermore, SLP shall provide ordering dealer with applicable warranty information for consumers in the supplemental owner’s manual that is delivered with each Supercharged Sport. The ordering dealer acknowledges his/her responsibility to inform customers that warranty on the truck package alteration and all parts and systems affected by the installation of the truck components comes from SLP and not General Motors.
